Description
This is a photograph of the Rodanthe Fishing Pier Sightseeing Sign that's attached to the pier gate next to the pier house building as you are entering the boardwalk to the pier. Rodanthe is on Hatteras Island at Cape Hatteras National Seashore.
The 850 foot Rodanthe pier is a beach landmark and has withstood many storms and hurricanes and keeps the fishermen coming back year after year. The fishing is always great on the Outer Banks. The tackle shop in the pier house has rental equipment, bait, sandwiches, ice cold drinks, tackle, a game room, snacks and much more. They charge a 2 dollar fee to walk out on the pier to sight see. Well worth the cost.

Looks like it is definitely worth the 2 bucks! Nicely done :)

Oh yeah, I got a lot of pictures for my two bucks and had a really good time watching the guys fishing too. It's really a neat little place, I had never been on a fishing pier before, so it was pretty cool to me.
